These terms apply to your use of https://toocoolair.com and to HVAC services provided by Too Cool Air, LLC, Texas HVAC license TACLB50985E. Using the site or scheduling service means you accept these terms.

Content on this site — including diagnostic articles, guides and pricing examples — is general information about HVAC systems in North Texas. It is not a diagnosis of your system and is not a quote for your home. System behavior depends on equipment, duct design, load and conditions that can only be assessed on site.

You may not copy, republish or scrape site content for commercial use without written permission. Site content, marks and photos remain our property.

Appointments booked online are confirmed by our office. Arrival windows are estimates; a preceding job, weather or parts availability can shift a window, and we will contact you when that happens. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so the slot can be released. An adult must be present and the equipment, attic and outdoor unit must be accessible for the visit to proceed.

Diagnostic and Comfort Audit fees are quoted before the visit and are charged whether or not additional work is authorized. Repair and installation prices are given as written estimates based on what is found on site. An estimate is valid for the scope described in it; work outside that scope, hidden conditions, code requirements and parts price changes require a revised estimate and your approval before we proceed. Any credit of a diagnostic or audit fee toward other work applies only as stated in the written estimate.

Payment is due on completion unless a written agreement states otherwise. Financing, when offered, is provided by third-party lenders under their own terms and approval.

Filter Club membership covers the filters and visits described in your membership agreement at the price stated when you enroll. Membership renews on the cycle shown in that agreement and can be cancelled by contacting the office; cancellation stops future billing and future deliveries or visits. Membership benefits apply to the property listed on the membership and are not transferable without our approval. Membership is not an equipment warranty and does not cover repairs or replacement parts unless the agreement says so.

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty for that model, subject to the manufacturer's registration and maintenance requirements. Our workmanship warranty covers the labor and installation work we performed, on the terms stated in your written invoice or installation agreement. Warranty coverage does not extend to: damage from lack of maintenance, filter neglect, power surges, storms, flooding, pests or vandalism; work performed by others; pre-existing ductwork, electrical or structural conditions we did not install; or equipment operated outside its design conditions. Warranty service requires that the account be paid in full.

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, services are provided without other warranties, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Please disclose known issues with the system, property or access, keep pets secured, and provide safe access to the equipment. Permits and inspections, where required, are handled as stated in your written estimate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and both parties consent to that venue.

We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your service applies to that service.
